Abstract

This research note presents a project in progress which pursues both scientific and practical goals. On the one hand, our objective is to explore the interaction strategies of diverse teams who perform creative tasks. On the other hand, based on these research results, we aim to design and test a novel learning and development tool for face to face and virtual settings. This tool is intended to help managers and teams turn their diversity into a creativity and innovation asset. We outline in this note our theoretical framework, our research design, and our first results.
