Virtual try-out experiences suffer from a lack of physicality. If consumers cannot touch or feel what they see, it is less likely for them to buy it. Here we present work in progress of an immersive luxury watch try-out experience. We added a 3D printed, weighted mock-up to enrich the experience. This mock-up is worn on the wrist, where the virtual watch appears. User tests show that the proposed experience is very well received and sparks interest for such experience.
