Résumé

Four power amplifiers (3.0 kA peak current, 1.5 kV peak voltage) of large bandwldth (1 OkHz) have been designed and built uslng no.vel technology. IGBT are used as last switches and are controlled wlth a multi-level delta modulatlon both In current and In voltage loop. A Multilevel Delta Modulatlon PWM Technlque Is used to perform the amplifier control.
