Résumé

In view of inkjet manufacturing of transparent electrodes and electronic circuits, inkjet-printed wires and ribbons of PEDOT:PSS (poly(3,4-ethylenedioythiophene): polystyrene sulfonate) are investigated for different single and multiple line tracings in continuous inkjet printing. Conductivity and UV-photodegeneration are analyzed and compared using configurations for electrical 4 point and 2 point probing techniques without mechanical damage. Widths and profile geometries of the PEDOT:PSS structures on glass substrates are studied and discussed using grey level analysis of optical microscopy data and thin film conductivity measurements.
