La formation infirmière en Suisse romande a évolué ces dernières années pour répondre aux défis de santé actuels et s’inscrire dans le schéma bachelor-master-doctorat. L’examen clinique infirmier tel qu’enseigné à Genève amorce un changement de culture dans les milieux professionnels. Le programme d’interprofessionnalité soutient le développement d’un travail en réseau où le patient est réellement partenaire.
Nursing education in French-speaking Switzerland has evolved in recent years to meet the current health challenges and to fit into the bachelor-master-doctorate system. The clinical nursing examination as taught in Geneva is initiating a change of culture in professional circles. The interprofessional programme supports the development of networking in which the patient is a real stakeholder.
