Deux dispositifs de formation en travail social impliquant des personnes concernées sur la base de leurs savoirs d’expérience sont analysés. Plusieurs enjeux pédagogiques sont discutés : le rapport entre expérience vécue et savoir construit, la transformation du rôle pédagogique des formateurs, la diversité des profils des personnes concernées ainsi que leur recrutement, susceptible de produire de l’exclusion ou de l’institutionnalisation.
Two social work training schemes involving service users on the basis of their experiential knowledge are analyzed in this article. Several educational issues are discussed: the relationship between lived experience and constructed knowledge, the transformation of the training providers’ educational role, the diversity of profiles of the people concerned, and their recruitment, which may lead to exclusion or institutionalization.
