Participants followed an 8 week exercise program at home, once per week with a physiotherapist and twice per week with their usual caregiver or independently. Functional mobility and executive functions were assessed before and after the intervention. Feasibility criteria were recruitment opportunity, participation agreement rate, cost adequacy, and drop-out rate. Twelve participants aged 80.83 ± 4.65 years took part in the study. All the basic functional mobility measures showed small effect sizes. Concerning executive functions, 5 measures showed small to moderate effect sizes. The 4 feasibility criteria were met. A larger scale study would, however, need adaptations and prior research on the ability of this population to use touch-screen technology. 000015058 540__ $$acorrect 000015058 592__ $$aHEdS-VS 000015058 592__ $$bInstitut Santé 000015058 592__ $$cSanté 000015058 592__ $$dPhysiothérapie 000015058 6531_ $$9eng$$ahome-based exercise 000015058 6531_ $$9eng$$adementia 000015058 6531_ $$9eng$$aprodromal or mild Alzheimer’s disease 000015058 6531_ $$9eng$$afeasibility 000015058 6531_ $$9eng$$aexecutive functions 000015058 6531_ $$9eng$$afunctional mobility 000015058 655__ $$ascientifique 000015058 700__ $$aCarrard, Sophie$$uSchool of Health Sciences, HES-SO Valais-Wallis, Loèche-les-Bains, Switzerland 000015058 700__ $$aEyer, Stephan$$uHôpital Riviera Chablais, Switzerland 000015058 700__ $$aHilfiker, Roger$$uPhysiotherapie Tschopp and Hilfiker, Glis, Switzerland 000015058 700__ $$aMittaz Hager, Anne-Gabrielle$$uSchool of Health Sciences, HES-SO Valais-Wallis, Loèche-les-Bains, Switzerland 000015058 773__ $$tAmerican Journal of Alzheimer's Disease & Other Dementias®$$j2024, 39$$q1-13 000015058 8564_ $$uhttps://arodes.hes-so.ch/record/15058/files/Carrard_2024_Adapted_home_based_exercises.pdf$$yPublished version$$985da519e-b84c-468e-b501-a03e912a4353$$s905545 000015058 906__ $$aGOLD 000015058 909CO $$ooai:hesso.tind.io:15058$$pGLOBAL_SET 000015058 950__ $$aSan2 000015058 980__ $$ascientifique 000015058 981__ $$ascientifique
