Cet article vise à comprendre l’enthousiasme des participant∙es d’une formation continue en gestion et direction d’institutions du secteur du care. Il s’appuie sur l’analyse de deux outils réflexifs : un outil introspectif appuyé des sciences sociales et un dispositif d’analyse en groupe de la pratique professionnelle visant à accueillir et à pratiquer la vulnérabilité. Il explore ensuite la posture enseignante porteuse de
ce que nous appelons de l’activisme inspirationnel. L’originalité de cette formation réside dans le fait de lier outils réflexifs et outils de gestion pour consolider une
posture de direction incarnée et responsable, empreinte de care et dotée d’esprit critique.
This article aims to understand the enthusiasm of participants in a continuing education program in the management and direction of institutions in the care sector. It is based on the analysis of two reflexive tools: an introspective tool supported by the social sciences and a tool for group analysis of professional practice aimed at welcoming and practicing vulnerability. It then explores the teaching posture that embodies what we call inspirational activism. The originality of this training lies in the fact that it links reflexive tools and management tools to consolidate an embodied and responsible leadership posture, imbued with care and critical thinking.
