TY - GEN AB - Entre 2020 et 2023, un projet innovant soutenu par Innosuisse a été mené en Suisse occidentale pour lutter contre le chômage de très longue durée. Malgré un faible taux de chômage global, ce problème persiste, en particulier pour les personnes marginalisées. Les organisations Caritas régionales se sont mobilisées pour créer l'association « Cantons zéro chômeur de très longue durée » et ont collaboré avec deux Hautes Écoles Spécialisées de Suisse occidentale pour développer un projet alliant travail social et intelligence artificielle. L'approche du projet est basée sur la pensée complexe d'Edgar Morin et vise à transcender la recherche appliquée traditionnelle. Elle se caractérise par une approche pluridisciplinaire entre le travail social et l'informatique. Le projet s'inscrit dans une théorie générale de l'innovation sociale, qui vise à établir une connexion entre l'humain stigmatisé et la machine intelligente. Cinq types de reliance sont développés pour inspirer d'autres projets de lutte contre la discrimination avec l'aide de plateformes numériques.
