Résumé
Cet article présente les résultats d'une recherche-intervention effectuée en partenariat avec une équipe de modérateurs dans les bus nocturnes genevois. En s'appuyant sur des films d'activités réalisées, sur des entretiens d'autoconfrontation ainsi que sur un travail de modélisation, cette recherche a permis de rendre visible dans une plateforme web ce savoir-faire expérientiel qui dans l'histoire de ces nouvelles pratiques émergentes (grand frère, médiation, ..) a parfois été décrit comme un degré zéro de qualification professionnelle. Elle a ainsi permis de modéliser l'activité de modération comme construction d'un territoire commun, ouvert, mobile, habité et aux tensions viables.
This article presents the results of intervention research carried out in partnership with a team of moderators on night buses in Geneva. Using films of their activities, autoconfrontational interviews and modelling work, this research has shown, on a web platform, the experiential know-how which, in the history of new emerging practices (big brother, mediation), has sometimes been described as the ground zero of professional qualification. It has also shown a model of moderation in the construction of common territory that is open, mobile, inhabited and that has viable tensions.
